Description and itinerary
La Axarquía is a very interesting destination for wine culture lovers so we have designed an experience to show you two local wineries hidden in the mountains.
You don’t have to worry about driving, we will pick you up and drop you off at your accommodation so you can relax and taste the lovely wines and tapas with your family or friends.
Our guide will pick you up around 9:30 at your accommodation and bring you to Cómpeta where the first winery is located.
In this traditional winery you will learn about the past and present of its winemaking process and also you will enjoy a wine tasting with tapas made with local products. A small charming winery with stunning views that you can not miss.
Then our guide will drive you to another winery not far from there, and you will also visit its vineyard, its wine cellar and of course a guided tasting of its excellent wines.
If you want a more complete experience you can also have a full lunch at the winery’s restaurant with dishes specially designed to pair with its delicious wines after the guided visit.
